Coming from overseas? Book your ETA now

Since March 2025, the UK government has required all foreign nationals (except Ireland) to register for Electronic Travel Authorisation prior to travelling to the United Kingdom. This means that if you're travelling to the UK for QED this year, you probably need to apply for an ETA before you leave.
You can find details on how to apply for an ETA at gov.uk/eta. Once granted, your ETA lasts for two years, there is no reason not to apply in plenty of time.
If you're coming to QED, and you're unable to obtain an ETA, please contact us at help@qedcon.org as soon as possible.
