QED is a two-day science and skepticism convention taking place at the Mercure Piccadilly Hotel in Manchester from the 19th-20th October 2024. Fantastic speakers from the worlds of science and entertainment will be joining us for a weekend celebration of science, reason and critical thinking.
We aim to be an inclusive event, welcoming attendees from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and genders.

SkeptiCamp 2024
Also returning is the free SkeptiCamp event as part of QED weekend. At SkeptiCamp, the attendees are responsible for the creation and delivery of the dayʼs content, and anyone is eligible to present a talk.
You donʼt need to be a published author, famous podcaster or professional communicator to get involved. SkeptiCamp Manchester 2024 takes place on Friday 18th October, is completely free, and this year is again being organised by our good friends at Skeptics in the Pub Online. Further details to be announced.
