In the many, many years we have been organising QED, we have often heard from people who are desperate to attend, but who can’t quite make it. Perhaps the travel is a little too far, or regular family commitments are a little too much to manage, even with the help of our free childcare facilities. For some, we understand that even though the QED ticket price is as low as it can possibly be (aided by QED’s volunteer-led, non-profit ethos), the cost of a weekend stay in a hotel is simply too prohibitive.

Well, for those people, we have some great news: you can now enjoy QED from the comfort of your own sofa, with a QED streaming ticket.

In partnership with our excellent friends at Skeptics in the Pub Online - who have pioneered the professional-quality streaming of skeptical events in the UK since the start of the pandemic, we’ll be offering online access to the QED mainstage, throughout the weekend. That means streaming ticket holders will get live access to twelve mainstage talks, for just £39.

Plus, you’ll be able to rewind and watch any sessions you missed, for up to fourteen days - perfect for any international online attendees who don’t fancy setting their alarm clock for an unreasonable hour!

So, if you can make it to QED in person, you’re going to have an exciting, fun, stimulating, and lively weekend among your fellow skeptics, with in-person tickets still available, costing just £149.

And if you can’t make it in person this year, you can avoid missing out by picking up a streaming ticket, for just £39.
