Childcare at QED
Since 2013, we have offered a crèche facility, which we hope will help make the event more accessible to parents who would like to attend QED.
What is included?
The QED Crèche will be available from 8am to 5pm on both the Saturday and Sunday. Parents are responsible for their child’s breakfast and lunch requirements.
Your child will be supervised and entertained by fully-screened and registered professional childcare workers. All childcare workers will be required to have current DBS (formerly CRB) clearance.
The crèche is available to children up to the age of 12, and can also accommodate children with disabilities. If your child is 13 or older, they are welcome in the main event areas, if accompanied by a responsible adult.
What does it cost?
To register your child for the QED crèche costs £75, the same price as a concession ticket to QED.
There are only a limited number of places available, so you must pre-register your child to be able to use this facility. CRÈCHE REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 21st AUGUST 2017. Please ensure you have booked any childcare places by then.
How do I register?
To register your child for the crèche, buy your child a concession ticket at the same time as buying your adult ticket and then email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you want your child to use the crèche.
If you do not register for the crèche by email, your child will not be admitted on the day. We don’t want to spoil your weekend, so please be sure to register in plenty of time.
